  • Absolutely, we are licensed and insured.

  • U.S.A will securly charge the credit card you have on file. Anytime your card is charged you will receive a detailed billing statement via email.

  • Pricing differs based on the plan that fits you and your peace of mind the best. Check out out our “Services” section to find out more.

  • Our U.S.A. team members are happy to provide light, non-skilled help around your home for tasks that may be difficult or unsafe for you to do. These tasks include changing light bulbs, carrying items down from the attic, taking garbage bins to the curb, etc. Although most of our team members are very handy, we do not provide any plumbing, electrical, or carpentry services. Still, we will be more than happy to assist you with connecting with the best experts in their respective fields.

  • U.S.A does not provide any medical services and does not accept medical insurance.

  • Our operating hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. However, we understand there may be circumstances where you may need a U.S.A. agent outside of stated hours, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Yes, we are open every day, including holidays. However, please note that on certain holidays, it may be a little tougher to find an available team member. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you.

  • Our 911 Preparedness Memberships are aimed at educating people about what to expect when they call 911 and what paperwork and resources are available to them. Depending on the membership you enroll in, U.S.A. will visit 1-4 times a year to update your information and ensure no changes or to re-educate our customers to guarantee they are prepared for an emergency when disaster strikes. Our 911 Preparedness Memberships are priced yearly. This education is paramount to bridging EMS providers' care with the necessary patient information and history to ensure quick patient care and treatment while also allowing for rapid response and transport if required.

    Our Companion on the GO Membership is designed for people who would like assistance with life's essential needs, such as help around the home, running errands around the community, or a friend to go out and socialize with. Depending on the package you enroll in, it will give you 20-40 hours each month. This provides people with that extra set of hands while maintaining a healthy social life and peace of mind regardless of where friends or family live.
